i'm in love with it, potentially. no idea who makes it. tried searching for every possible detail given by pic but no luck. anyone?

I'm happy to say I found the dress!!! It's a gorgeous gown designed by Veluz Reyes based in the Philippines! The detail work on her gowns are just spectacular. She custom makes the gowns and they are to die for! Okay, I know I am overusing the exclamation mark today, but how can I not!?
